In its 10 000 m² workshop facilities, H2X integrates all the key branches of construction and refit. The shipyard organizes its production processes around 4 departments: the design and engineering department, the digital machining and composite department, the woodwork and complex geometry department, the metal work and mechanical engineering department.

These 4 units work together under the management of 3 project managers who have a real expertise. Each project manager is the direct contact of the client for the achievement of the work. He coordinates all the different teams (architects, suppliers, subcontractors…).

The R&D program is at the heart of the shipyard organization where overall innovation in technology, economics, social management and environmental development are number one priorities.
